The pbxproj references textbook_data.json and textbook_vocab.json as Copy Bundle Resources, so xcodebuild fails if they're missing. Committing the generated output keeps the repo self-sufficient — regenerate via Conjuga/Scripts/textbook/run_pipeline.sh when content changes. Open Conjuga/Conjuga.xcodeproj in Xcode and run on a simulator or device. Data seeds automatically on first launch.
