Copies the implementation plan and adds a HANDOFF doc so the repo stands alone for a fresh checkout on another computer.

  • docs/PLAN.md — full plan (was in ~/.claude/plans/, now travels with the repo)
  • docs/HANDOFF.md — resume steps, phase status, architectural notes, open decisions

No code changes.

Delete Branch "docs-handoff-export"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
