Add demo mode with mock data provider, Docker deployment, Playwright tests, PostHog analytics, error boundaries, and SEO metadata. Fix residences API response unwrapping, kanban drag-and-drop with optimistic updates, trailing slash proxy redirects, and column name mismatches with Go API.
