Ports iOS OrganicDesign.swift primitives to Compose Multiplatform:
- BlobShape: seeded deterministic irregular shape
- RadialGlow: radial-gradient backdrop composable
- HoneycombOverlay: tiled hex pattern modifier
- OrganicRadius constants matching iOS

Determinism guaranteed by parametrized tests.
