CI: Gradle Managed Devices + GitHub Actions workflow
pixel7Api34 managed device runs instrumented tests headlessly on CI.
Three test-filter profiles (ci/parallel/full) mirror iOS xctestplan
variants. run_ui_tests.sh convenience wrapper.
