Each planning mode now shows only relevant steps:
- By Dates: Dates → Sports → Regions → Route → Repeat → Must Stops
- By Games: Game Picker → Route → Repeat → Must Stops
- By Route: Locations → Dates → Sports → Route → Repeat → Must Stops
- Follow Team: Team Picker → Dates → Route → Repeat → Must Stops
