Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

Termination

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
