cdf4c775ff feat(01-01): create mlb.py sport module 
- MLB_TEAMS dictionary with all 30 teams
- Game scrapers: Baseball-Reference, MLB Stats API, ESPN
- Stadium scrapers: MLBScoreBot, GeoJSON, hardcoded fallback
- MLB_GAME_SOURCES and MLB_STADIUM_SOURCES configurations
- scrape_mlb_games() convenience function
