feat(03-01): add NFL to team canonicalization

Add NFL support to canonicalize_teams.py:
- Import NFL_TEAMS from scrape_schedules
- Add NFL_DIVISIONS dict with all 32 teams mapped to conference/division
- Include NFL in sport_mappings for canonicalization
- Add NFL_DIVISIONS to division_map lookup
