feat(02-02): regenerate stadium data with canonicalization pipeline

- Ran scrape_schedules.py --stadiums-update
- Ran canonicalize_stadiums.py for canonical IDs
- Core sports: MLB:30, NBA:30, NHL:32, NFL:30 (122 total)
- MLS stadiums also included from comprehensive scrape (30)
- Stadium aliases generated for historical name mappings
