feat(wizard): add all wizard step components

- DatesStep: date range selection with duration indicator
- RegionsStep: geographic region selection
- RoutePreferenceStep: direct/scenic/balanced preference
- RepeatCitiesStep: unique vs repeat city visits
- MustStopsStep: optional must-stop locations
- ReviewStep: summary and plan button
