chore: remove legacy itinerary models and services

Removed:
- CustomItineraryItem
- TravelDayOverride
- CustomItemService
- CustomItemSubscriptionService
- TravelOverrideService
- CustomItemRow

These are replaced by unified ItineraryItem model and service.
